In aspect of demands, foreign textile firms focus more on the cost performance and reliability. Good quality knitting machines win great popularity in other Asian companies.
At present, obstacles facing exports of domestic textile machines mainly exist on the following aspects.
First, different language and market demands.The different culture and custom lead to special sales hot in different countries. Computerized jacquard machines are popular in many nations.
Second, far distance make communication more difficult.
Third, the value of RMB to USD rises while that of importing countries devalues. This fact increases import costs and restrains demands. What’s more, cut-throat competitions also take place among domestic textile companies.
In order to solve the above mentioned problems, many textile firms intensified their training on foreign traders as well as investment on building foreign agencies. So much so that some companies even employ foreigners as sales agents for better communication.
