Shade of cotton knitting fabric depends on the dyes percentage used for gyeing. The utilization of chemical used for dyeing should be based on the dyes used. In general, dark shade means that dyes percentage is above 2%. Medium shade dyeing have the same dyeing process as dark shade.
The following the procedures to dye cotton knitted fabric:
1.Carrier and vessel is washed by hydrose and caustic under 100℃ for 20 minutes.
2.Loading the package in the carrier and feed in the vessel
3.Adding wetting agent, antifoaming agent, and sequestering agent. Running under 60℃ for 10 minutes.
4.Draining water solution.
5.Adding wetting agent, sequestering agent, caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide. Running single yarn under 110℃ and double yarn for 115℃ for 20 minutes.

7.Adding peroxide kicker. Running under 90℃ for 10 minutes.

10.Adding acetic acid for neutralization. Running under 50℃ for 20 minutes

26.Adding washing chemical. Running under 95℃ for 20 minutes.

30.Adding fixing chemical and half acetic acid. Running under 50℃ for 20 minutes.
31.Adding softening agent and the rest half acid. Running under 60℃ for 20 minutes.
