Both loom knitting and frame knitting are commonly utilized by people. However, loom knitting differs from frame knitting. They are completely different things. A loom is equipped with pegs which people can wind the yarn around the pegs. Then, use a hook to pull over loops over the legs, one stitch at a time while a frame is equipped with dozens of small latch-hooks and a sort of shuttle which people run the shuttle from one end of the frame to the other entire row of stitches.
For that, loom knitting is slower than hand knitting and frame knitting is faster than hand knitting.
