Packing is one of the most important processes of manufacturing apparels. After finishing the entire manufacturing, apparels need to be packed. In finishing section, packing is the last step before storing. Different types of apparels need different types of packing. After being packed, apparels are placed in carton as per instruction. After cartooning, carton which is delivered from the sore of export is stored in store section.
1. Stand up pack : Shirt (90°angle)
2. Flat pack : Sportswear/ shirt/ trouser
3. Hanger pack : Blazer, coats, pants etc
4. Semi stand up pack : Shirt
5. Half fold pack : Pant
Types of carton packing: After packing, cartooning is carried out for size and color of apparels. The followings are the types of carton packing.
