3. Three-wire weft insertion machine
This machine is called as flannel sweater knitting machine in factories. This machine has three models: single needle track, double needle track and four needle tracks. This machine applies needles and yarn to weave the new fabrics.
4. Single jacquard circular knitting machine
(1) Small single jacquard circular knitting machine
This machine, also called as mechanical jacquard. It is easy and convenient to change verities of products, but its speed is slow and output is low. It often used to manufacture various jacquard fabrics.
(2) Large single jacquard circular knitting machine
Large single jacquard circular knitting machine commonly known as computerized jacquard knitting machine. Because the machine has an artificial disc on the computer, and it can produce fabrics as long as the computer is programmed, so it also known as Easy Knitting Machine. The machine relies on computer program to choose needles and the way to weave, often use to produce large fabrics and the colors of yarns can be changed to several colors.
