2. Ordinary double circular knitting machine
This machine also can be called as cotton knitting machine, multifunctional knitting machine and so on. It also has various needle tracks, including, 1 + 1 type; 2+2 type; 2+4 type and 4+4 type. In order to manufacture more varieties of fabrics, the machine is mainly applied 2+4 type of needle tracks. Similarly, the machine is applied permutation and combination of triangle part needles to produce new knitted fabrics.
3.Double jacquard circular knitting machine
The double jacquard circular knitting machine has two kinds:
(1)Small double jacquard circular knitting machine
This machine is generally called as mechanical jacquard machine in factories. It is easy and convenient to change the kinds of fabrics but with the low rotational speed and output. The machine is often used in manufacturing different kinds of jacquard fabrics with small size.
(2) Large double jacquard circular knitting machine
This machine is commonly known as computerized jacquard knitting machine. Because the machine has an artificial disc on the computer, and it can produce fabrics as long as the computer is programmed, therefore it also known as Easy Knitting Machine. The machine relies on computer program to choose needles and the way to weave, often use to produce large fabrics and the colors of yarns can be changed to several colors.
